Dozens of brave souls took part in the charity abseil.

Ripon Cathedral abseil - Can you spot yourself or a brave friend in our picture gallery?

Dozens of brave souls have taken the plunge and abseiled 115ft down Ripon Cathedral to support a wide array of good causes in our district - including the Cathedral's very own development plans.

For many of those participating, it was an exhilarating but initially nerve-wracking experience that provided stunning views over the city - the 'Gazette would like to congratulate everybody who took part.
