THIRSK Falcons will be looking to finally get their North Riding County Cup clash away at Great Ayton United tomorrow underway with a fixture pile-up looming.
Falcons, like every other team in the division, have been thwarted by the poor weather over the holiday season.
Their last game was in November and boss George Peirse will be hoping they elleviate the Cabin Fever by getting tomorrow’s important cup clash played.
Falcons are the defending champions of the coveted competition and will be looking to make further waves in this year’s trophy.
Thirsk will then be looking to get back to league action in eight days’ time away at Otley Rovers before a home game against Bramham at the end of the month.
