Plans to transform Ripon historic auction mart site into 75 homes will be unveiled in the city tomorrow (Friday).
Property developers Newby Management withdrew their original planning application in January after a barrage of objections from nearby residents who were concerned about the intensity of the proposals and the ground stability of the site.
The new proposal has been slimmed down to include only 75 houses – 21 fewer than the original application.
Local residents will be able to view detailed architectural boards at Ripon Library tomorrow and Saturday, December 1 where comments can be made on the proposed changes.
But we are asking you: should the auction mart be the site of the new homes?
