Three arrests made after Harrogate woman killed in Otley Road crash

Three men have been arrested after a Harrogate woman was killed during a crash on Otley Road this morning (August 14).

The crash happened at around 7am at the junction with Cold Bath Road involving a blue Ford Fiesta and a blue BMW 1 series car.

The woman driving the blue Ford Fiesta was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three men in the BMW have been arrested in connection with the crash on suspicion of drink driving and causing death by dangerous driving and remain in custody.

Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash or saw either of the cars before the crash to contact them on 101 and quote reference 12160146200.
