Oasis offers guidelines to cope with Covid-19 crisis
New guidance to help support business leaders, organisations and individuals navigate through the uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic has been launched by a local firm.
Created by Boston Spa-based Oasis School of Human Relations, the 5 Responses to Covid-19 publication, outlines five stages of working and thinking to foster resilience and prepare for the future.

Hide AdNick Ellerby, Co-Director of Oasis School of Human Relations, and creator of the support framework said: “We are living in a world that only a short time ago was an unimaginable future.
“We all need help. We need each other, perhaps now more than ever before. After Covid19, once the true loss of what we have been through is recognised, once it is time to return to what there is, what then?”
He added: “We have been helping individuals, organisations and business leaders through change and uncertainty for nearly 40 years.
“The 5 Responses to Covid19 accessible framework, is having a huge appeal. and we recognise that now, more than ever, our resources and ways of working can be of service.”
