The Olympic torch will go through Ripon Market Place and pass Ripon Cathedral when it travels through the city in June.
Organisers have annouced the exact route the torchbearers will take during the torch relay this summer.
The relay comes to Ripon on June 19 and the torch is due to arrive in the city at 4.11pm.
The relay will enter the city along Studley Road after travelling in a convoy from Harrogate, and will travel up Mallorie Park Drive towards the city centre.
The torchbearers will carry the flame up Skellgate and around the Market Place, before running down Duck Hill, along Skellgarths and back up Bedern Bank past the cathedral’s west facade.
The route then takes the torch along St Marygate and Stonebridgegate as far as Rotary Way, when the convoy will take it to York for the night.
The flame will be carried through Ripon by four torchbearers, including Ripon man John Skinner and marathon runner and fundraiser Lena Conlin.
Ripon woman Helen Mackenzie, who works as a sports champion for Ripon schools, will carry the torch through Harrogate earlier in the day on June 19.
