One of Yorkshire’s leading, health-conscious independents is about to launch its own takeaway version in Harrogate.
Filmore & Union already has its own popular deli-restaurant in Harrogate on Station Parade.
Now this stylish set-up is about to open a smaller takeaway at the top of James Street in a spot vacated by Ügot.
Set up originally as a café and takeaway - the first was opened in York’s Petergate in 2012 - this local independent chain has grown rapidly since health-conscious owner Adele Carnell hatched the idea in Wetherby.
Throughout its growth to sites in York, Ilkley, Beverley, Skipton, Moortown and Beverley, the owner has stuck to Filmore & Union’s commitment to healthy eating with the buzz words being “fresh”, “gluten free” and “nutritional” - as well as tasty.
