Large sums of cash and CCTV system stolen from Harrogate home

Callous burglars broke into a Harrogate home before stealing large sums of cash and a CCTV system on Thursday, February 25.

The burglars targeted the home on Albany Road between 10am and 12pm whilst the owners were out before breaking in and stealing the money and electrical equipment.

One man has been arrested and has been bailed pending further enquiries but police are continuing to appeal for witnesses and information.

In particular, police are appealing for information regarding who carried out the burglary, where the stolen items are now and any information regarding suspicious activity on Albany Road.
