A WINDOWS, doors and conservatory company has increased its online and offline presence, along with its showroom and product range, as it prepares to mark its 35th anniversary.
Knaresborough-based Niddal has unveiled a new website, sales literature and shop signage with the aim of increasing footfall to its expanded showroom on Iles Lane in the centre of the town.
Established in 1977, Niddal has established itself as an independent specialist both in Harrogate and the wider Yorkshire region, supplying its products to both the public and trade.
Managing director Russell McCabe attributes the company’s success over the past 35 years to the belief that word-of-mouth from Niddal’s existing satisfied customers is the very best form of advertising.
He added: “When other companies have come and gone, by putting customer service as the priority, Niddal has stayed at the top of its industry in the Yorkshire region over the last three decades.”
Niddal’s showroom has been expanded to enable the display of its new products, including the very latest, most technically advanced windows and doors. Innovative triple glazed windows and doors are now incorporated into the showroom as Niddal strives to provide its customers with the very latest home improvements.
As well as launching new products for 2012, Niddal has been working with local design and marketing company kohd on its new sales literature, signage and website.
Mr McCabe said: “With such a diverse clientele, it’s vital that we have both a strong online and physical presence in the market place. ʼ
“More and more people are shopping for home improvements on the internet, which is why we’ve improved our online showroomʼvia our website. People still love to visit our showroom so that they can see and feel the products for themselves. The team at kohd have created our new signage in line with the updated website, which is more appealing to the general public.”
He added: “It’s about making sure that our customers are able to make the most informed decision when they invest in new windows, doors and conservatories, so that the end result is exactly how they dreamt it.”
