Harrogate firm hires 13 as city-centre apartments business grows
Moda, the Harrogate-based rental-housing company, has made 13 appointments in the last month to support its growth.
The company, which currently has a development pipeline of 8,000 city-centre apartments worth £3bn, has appointed Andre Bogle, Greg Bailey and Lara Rushby as project directors.
It has also hired Paul Holcroft as a development executive, Chris Trunkfield as design architect, and Max Verity as a finance analyst.
Data analyst Camilla Beese, marketing campaigns manager Eleanor Trigwell, and finance manager George Molloy all join the Moda Life Management division.
The other new starters will be based in Edinburgh, Liverpool and Manchester.
Johnny Caddick, chief executive of Moda, said: “The Moda business is growing significantly, and these 13 appointments reflect that growth and our capability to deliver best-in-class rental homes across the UK. One focus for 2021 is to further grow our team to match and support our ambitions.”
Moda is a subsidiary of Caddick Group, the Wetherby-based construction firm founded by Paul Caddick.
