Star-studded 1990s book by Knaresborough man
The Little Big Beat Book sees Rory Hoy tell the story of the heyday of the likes of Fatboy Slim and the Chemical Brothers after interviewing 120 artists of the time, some of whom remain household names.
Rory, who has also just released his new single Flamingo at the Disco, said: “I’ve been getting so much support for my Big Beat Book. Even Ben Willmot, the journalist who first coined the phrase ‘Big Beat’ at the NME, who writes for The Guardian now, said he wanted to try to organise a launch for the book in London.”
