An internationally acclaimed cellist is returning to Masham to play his fifth concert in the town.
The Music in Masham Trust, who organised the concert, is excited to welcome Jamie Walton back to the town.
He will be performing alongside pianist Adam Johnson at St Mary’s Church, Masham, at 7.30pm tonight, Firday, July 1.
Jamie and Adam will play sonatas by Prokofiev, Cesar Franck, Bloch and Mendelssohn.
Jamie has performed all over the world and in 2009 founded the North York Moors Chamber Music Festival, while Adam is artistic director and principal conductor of the Northern Lights Symphony Orchestra.
Tickets are available from Mashamshire Community Office on 01765 680200 for £11, or on the door for £12. Student tickets cost £5, and under 18s are free.
