The final line up for Richmond’s live music festival later this month has been announced.

they include headline acts Clock Opera and Seye along with12 local bands.

Castle Calling returns to Richmond Castle on August 31 after a two year gap. The event aimed at young people open to anyone over the age of 11 and strictly alcohol free, is run by Richmondshire District Youth Council with support from the District Council.

London based Indie rock band, Clock Opera, were formed in 2009 releasing their debut album, Ways to Forget, in April this year. Nigerian born Seye has already played with KT Tunstall, Ellie Goulding and the Noisettes

Local bands Rosie, My Lost Youth, Pandora and the Wolves, The Enything, Borneo Punks, The Bass Thieves, TGM, Since Warning, You Had Me At Hello, Summer City, White Rose and Aurora will also be playing.

The festival runs from 6pm until 10.30pm, doors open at 5.30pm.

Tickets, priced £6 in advance or £8 on the gate, are available from Richmond Tourist Information Centre, Richmond Youth Centre at Richmond School, Richmond shire District Council Community Offices in Richmond, Colburn, Reith, Hawes and Heyburn and online at www.wegottickets.co.uk
