A spring fashion show is taking place at Lightwater Shopping Village to support Ripon’s Dementia Forward charity at Lightwater Shopping Village.

The event, taking place on Wednesday, March 26, from 2-3.30pm, will showcase a range of fashions and is especially aimed at providing spring and summer season ideas for ladies, with a few outfit ideas for gents also planned.

Modelled by local volunteers the show will include outfits styled by retail manager Jill Taylor featuring some of the shopping villages most popular brands: Tayberry, Tigi, Klass, Autonomy and CMD. A personal shopping service will also be available.

Dementia Forward community liaison officer Netty Newell said: “It’s wonderful when local business supports us in this way. The money raised from the fashion show will have a very positive impact in our local community supporting people affected by dementia.”

Tickets £5 (which includes refreshments and 10 per cent off any purchases) are available on the door or in advance on 01765 635321.
