BOROUGHBRIDGE boss Daz Ekin will be keeping an eagle eye on Saturday’s League Cup quarter-final between Bardsey and Old Mods.

The winners will play the Aldborough Road outfit on a neutral venue in the last four of the competition after ‘Bridge beat old foes Knaresborough Town 2-1 on Saturday.

Ben Jones and Paul Beesley scored ‘Bridge’s goals.

Bardsey will be firm favourites to move through to the next round in their bid to win the treble this season.

They are on course to defend their West Yorkshire League crown and are also in the semi-final of the County Cup.
