PLANNING APPROVAL to build a detached, five bedroom house with double garage on land close to an equestrian centre, dog kennels and cattery at the Cleavesty Centre, Cleavesty Lane, East Keswick, is being sought from Leeds City Council.

In Collingham, the owners of a house in Hollybush Green wish to add a part two storey and part one storey extension to the side and rear of the property.

More time has been requested by the owners of Beechwood Farm, Main Street, Shadwell, to apply for planning approval to build a part two storey extension.
