Collection for support group raises £410

GENEROUS shoppers have donated more than £400 to Breast Cancer Support Northallerton during a collection at the town’s Sainsbury’s store.

“We collected the sum of £410 which was absolutely brilliant,” said support group chairwoman Val Wilson.

“We just want to say thank you for all the help we had and to all those who so generously contributed.”

Breast Cancer Support Northallerton meets on the third Wednesday of every month at the Friarage Hospital, from 7 - 9pm.
