BREAKING NEWS: House fire in Ripon

A fire has broken out in the early hours at a house in Ripon.

The blaze happened at a property on Ash Grove and two fire appliances from the city arrived at the scene at around 3.30am (on Thursday, January 24).

Upon their arrival, crews found heavy smoke logging to the property and fire damage to both the utility and kitchen area of the property.

The cause of the fire has yet to be identified.
