Here's an assessment of how Simon Weaver's players performed on what was a disappointing afternoon in South London. PICTURES: MATT KIRKHAM
1.
James Belshaw 6. Beaten three times and could maybe have done better with the second goal, scored from some way out. Made a few key punches from deliveries into the box.
2.
Ryan Fallowfield 6. Had space to push into high up the pitch in the first half. Showed good positional sense to stop Town going 2-0 down the break, but was guilty of switching off for Sutton's opener.
3.
Will Smith 6. Missed a good chance in the air that would have put his side ahead and, like fellow centre-half Connor Hall, was exposed too often.
4.
Connor Hall 6. Saw a second-half header cleared off the Sutton goal-line, however this was not one of his most convincing defensive displays.
