Grewelthorpe village has a new sign to help keep its ducks safe.

Due to accidents in the past where a number of ducks have been lost on the road a wooden duck sign was put up in the village to warn drivers.

But over the years the sign has become old and worn

Sean McKeag, a keen local artist made two new signs for the village.

Sean and his wife Karen’s two daughters, Ellen and Caitlin, posed with the two signs before they were put up at either end of the village.
