St Oswald’s Church on tree-lined Front Street in Sowerby will again be holding its Easter Daffodil Festival on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday, April 8 and 9.
Visitors will be free to walk round historic St Oswald’s church, part of which dates back to 1140AD and through the centuries-old churchyard with many varieties of trees.
There will be displays and stalls in the church, and refreshments.
Churchwarden David Tucker said: “We are always glad to welcome visitors to this very special building.”
The festival will be open between 1.30pm and 5pm on both days. Admission is free.
