Ripon police are appealing for information in relation to the following incidents which have taken place in our area during the past fortnight:

Sunday to Monday, April 13-14:

– A vehicle parked on Westbourne Grove, Ripon, had a tyre worth £60 slashed overnight.

– A portable toilet valued at £600 was damaged at Knutworth Woods, Masham, where it had been left after an 
event.

Monday, April 14:

– A tea towel worth 99p was stolen from Home Bargains, in Ripon between 10.30-
11am.

Monday to Tuesday, April 14-15:

– A Vauxhall Corsa parked on Bondgate Green, Ripon, was damaged overnight when someone scratched it down one side with a key

Thursday, April 17:

– A Storm red and black mountain bike was stolen from the Shooting Holme in Masham at around 9pm.

Friday to Saturday, April 18-19:

– Offenders entered the allotments on Fisher Green in Ripon overnight and broke into two sheds and attempted to enter another. Garden tools to the value of £175 were stolen.

Saturday, April 19:

– A dwelling on High Skellgate, Ripon, was broken into and items including an iPod and jewellery were stolen.

Saturday to Sunday, April 19-20:

– An unsuccessful attempt was made to break into Kwik Fit on Harrogate Road, Ripon, overnight.

– Two mountain bikes were stolen from Low Skellgate Close in Ripon overnight. They are described as a black Marwood and a Rockrider, both have 29in wheels, red pedals and custom grips.

Monday, April 21:

– A window of a property on Aismunderby Road in Ripon was broken when a passer-by threw a stone which smashed the outer pane of a double glazed unit.
