Now Harrogate Borough Council has ruled out the old - now derelict - police station on North Park Road as its new headquarters, it’s back to the drawing board on whether the council should move from its current location on Crescent Gardens or not.

It has previously been mooted that the current council offices on Crescent Gardens could become a five star hotel.
