A NEW exhibition at the Royal Pump Room Museum in Harrogate puts the focus on the world of travelling.
Called Well Travelled, it features many items that have ended their journey in Harrogate - from Chinese slippers for bound feet to a horseman from ancient Cyprus.

These objects from around the world have arrived in the museum collections through individuals and collectors.

As a special treat on the exhibition's opening day tomorrow, Saturday, there will be free admission but, remember, it's for one day only.

Open from 10am until 4pm, visitors will be encourage to contribute their own experiences of travelling.

Between 10am and 12pm and 1.30pm and 3.30pm there will be lots of fun activities for visitors to try.

The exhibition runs from Saturday, March 13 to Sunday, September 5.
