Rolling back the decades at musical group

The decades were rolled back on a sunny morning in Northallerton.

An open-top Alfa Romeo from the 1930s was spotted entering the Forum car-park to pick up a group of friends who were from a slightly more recent vintage, ready for the trip.

The travellers were members of the Northallerton Musical Theatre Company, who are preparing for their forthcoming spring show.

Featuring a wide variety of music, song and dance, the show is themed around travel and transport.

The show will bring to bring music from every era and style.

Featured songs will include, Yellow Submarine, the Donkey Duet, the theme from Titanic and not to mention I’ve got a brand-new combine harvester and many, many more.

The dates for the show are Wednesday, April 25, to Saturday, April 28, in the Hambleton Forum, Northallerton.

Tickets can be booked by phoning 01609 770936, or after Saturday, April 14 by calling in to Boyes Store in Northallerton High Street.

Rain or shine, the journey promises to be most enjoyable.
