NEXT week's Great Yorkshire Show sees a huge range of food and drink from across the region showcased.
Deliciouslyorkshire will be celebrating the 150th show anniversary with a line-up of 32 Yorkshire food heroes, along with daily cookery demonstrations and tutorials by some of the region’s finest producers and chefs at the Deliciouslyorkshire Cookery
Theatre.

From world-famous award-winning cheeses and traditional fruity bracks to spicy authentic curries, there’s a great Yorkshire flavour to suit everyone and Deliciouslyorkshire’s eclectic taste of Yorkshire includes such favourites as award-winning meaty local sausages and pork pies, delicate Wolds lamb and omega-rich venison, alongside modern takes on traditional favourites such as vibrant rapeseed oil, Yorkshire’s answer to olive oil, mouth-watering breads and patisserie.

There’s also a chance to pick up a copy of Deliciouslyorkshire’s recipe cards which give a step-by-step guide to creating a delicious local dish and the opportunity to enter the latest online competition at www.deliciouslyorkshire.co.uk with a range of tasty prizes on offer.

There’s also the Deliciouslyorkshire Guide to Food and Drink – an essential guide to the very best of Yorkshire and Humber produce, as well as inspiring recipes and food maps for planning an appetising day out.
