HSAP (Harrogate St Andrew Players) are pleased to announce the details of their next show following the success of their recent productions, namely The Wizard of Oz, Fame and We Will Rock You.
Showing from May 20 to 24, A Chorus Line is the society’s latest addition to the catalogue of sell out shows already under their belts.

Known for their professional, energetic and enthusiastic performances, the society is once again being directed and choreographed by Louise Denison and Musical Director Jim Lunt.

A storyline based on a group of hopefuls auditioning for a new Broadway musical, A Chorus Line focuses on the 17 men and women hoping for the chance of a lifetime with each telling the stories of their lives.

From funny to heartbreaking, the characters put themselves on the line to get a job ‘on the line’. And when they’re done, so is the audition. And then the final chorus line of eight dancers is chosen.

An emotional roller coaster of a show, ideal for both young and old, great songs include the signature song, One (Singular Sensation), and What I Did For Love.’

Performances are nightly at 7.30pm with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.

Tickets priced £9 to £15 are available from the Box Office on 01423 502116.
